The best decision we ever made starting our project was to use a private builder and engaging Cameron Rolfe from CMR Prestige Developments.We had paid a small deposit to start proceedings with a large Home Building Company when we met Cameron. We were approximately 3 months down the track & still hadn’t received a fixed price from this Building Company. Then we me met Cameron! ...........Well what a breath of fresh air Cameron was! We approached two builders and after a 6 week process chose CMR Prestige to undertake a major renovation of our canal side property in Mermaid Waters. Using architects plans as the base we agreed a fixed price contract and a delivery date. We then left the country for 5 months and Cameron and his team took over. Their communication, quality of work and thought around solutions was excellent. The house was delivered back to us 6 weeks earlier than planned and with variations only 1% over budget. We highly recommend CMR Prestige.
