We approached two builders and after a 6 week process chose CMR Constructions to undertake a major renovation of our canal side property in Mermaid Waters. Using architects plans as the base we agreed a fixed price contract and a delivery date. We then left the country for 5 months and Cameron and his team took over. Their communication, quality of work and thought around solutions was excellent. The house was delivered back to us 6 weeks earlier than planned and with variations only 1% over budget. We highly recommend CMR Prestige.
