The best decision we ever made starting our project was to use a private builder and engaging Cameron Rolfe from CMR Constructions.

We had paid a small deposit to start proceedings with a large Home Building Company when we met Cameron. We were approximately 3 months down the track & still hadn’t received a fixed price from this Building Company. Then we me met Cameron! ………..Well what a breath of fresh air Cameron was! Within 7 days we had a fixed price from him for a 600 sqm home including landscaping, fencing, clothes line & letter box.

We are now 5 months into the build and nearing completion. The process has been effortless with no stress. We have worked as a team making decisions together. The quality of Cameron’s work and his tradies is second to none. He treats the project as if it is his own home and pays exceptional attention to detail. Any small changes we have made along the way has been accommodated with no fuss. Cameron is always looking at way’s to improve the build and put his perfectionist stamp on it.

We couldn’t be happier. Our meeting of chance turned out to be of great mutual benefit. We would highly recommend Cameron from CMR Prestige Developments if you are considering a renovation or a new build if you are after a quality and stress free process.

CMR Prestige have now built both a holiday home and our current home on acreage. We found Cameron so easy to work with and was great in providing ideas that would enhance our home. We have had so many comments on the excellent work they have done.

We approached two builders and after a 6 week process chose CMR Prestige to undertake a major renovation of our canal side property in Mermaid Waters. Using architects plans as the base we agreed a fixed price contract and a delivery date. We then left the country for 5 months and Cameron and his team took over. Their communication, quality of work and thought around solutions was excellent. The house was delivered back to us 6 weeks earlier than planned and with variations only 1% over budget. We highly recommend CMR Prestige.
