With architecture by Stuart Osman, this fully cladded beach house project is a knock down and rebuild in Mermaid Beach that has taken 10 months to complete.
Featuring pitched ceilings with exposed rafters and VJ cladding, this 5 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom build also boasts polished concrete floors with post tensioning to keep a clean, sleek finish.

We approached two builders and after a 6 week process chose CMR Constructions to undertake a major renovation of our canal side property in Mermaid Waters. Using architects plans as the base we agreed a fixed price contract and a delivery date. We then left the country for 5 months and Cameron and his team took over. Their communication, quality of work and thought around solutions was excellent. The house was delivered back to us 6 weeks earlier than planned and with variations only 1% over budget.
