This 5 bedroom, 4.5 bathroom project is a knock down and rebuild in Broadbeach Waters that has taken 12 months to complete. With the client based in Melbourne during the pandemic, we were trusted to finalise the build on their behalf.

PZA Architects designed this knock down and rebuild, Evoque Interiors took care of the interior design and every bathroom has been rendered by Render X.
Featuring boat storage and flood compensation on the canal facing side of the property and a suspended slab alfresco area, this property is set up to truly make the most of the Gold Coast lifestyle.

We approached two builders and after a 6 week process chose CMR Constructions to undertake a major renovation of our canal side property in Mermaid Waters. Using architects plans as the base we agreed a fixed price contract and a delivery date. We then left the country for 5 months and Cameron and his team took over. Their communication, quality of work and thought around solutions was excellent. The house was delivered back to us 6 weeks earlier than planned and with variations only 1% over budget.
