This 5 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom project is a new custom build on a vacant lot in Brookwater that has taken just over 10 months to complete. A modern, Mediterranean style house, this stunning home has been proudly featured on Three Birds Renovations and is used as a popular photoshoot location on the Gold Coast.
We worked with Render X for the exterior and interior bathroom rendering and Koda Design as the architect for this new build.

We approached two builders and after a 6 week process chose CMR Constructions to undertake a major renovation of our canal side property in Mermaid Waters. Using architects plans as the base we agreed a fixed price contract and a delivery date. We then left the country for 5 months and Cameron and his team took over. Their communication, quality of work and thought around solutions was excellent. The house was delivered back to us 6 weeks earlier than planned and with variations only 1% over budget.
