This luxury home project was undertaken on a new block of land located in Hope Island, Queensland where we built a 480 m² architecturally designed house on a 403 m² block. We used every inch of the block possible to allow the clients the maximum amount of house. The basement is built with turntable and four-car accommodation. The driveway is custom designed so that the client could drive his sports car without the spoilers hitting, we even made a template of his car to make sure it worked.

This luxury Hope Island home is a gated estate and fully landscaped to allow minimum maintenance with a maximum look.

We approached two builders and after a 6 week process chose CMR Constructions to undertake a major renovation of our canal side property in Mermaid Waters. Using architects plans as the base we agreed a fixed price contract and a delivery date. We then left the country for 5 months and Cameron and his team took over.
