With both the exterior and interior designed by Justin Humphrey, this specialised build is currently under construction in Paradise Point and is due to be completed by December 2022.

Featuring curved off form concrete walls, curved glass windows and Abodo timber cladding, this unique project also boasts a gym, three car garage with flush mount garage door, wine room, an uncovered walkway as the hallway, and a sunken lounge.

We approached two builders and after a 6 week process chose CMR Constructions to undertake a major renovation of our canal side property in Mermaid Waters. Using architects plans as the base we agreed a fixed price contract and a delivery date. We then left the country for 5 months and Cameron and his team took over. Their communication, quality of work and thought around solutions was excellent. The house was delivered back to us 6 weeks earlier than planned and with variations only 1% over budget.
