For this Mermaid Waters project, we did a massive home renovation and extension to get a new modern, clean design that is architecturally designed. To succeed, we had to striped the whole house and then knocked half of it down to raise the height of the roof. We also put in massive steel beams to support the load of the newly pitched roof.

The result is a stunning house with an enormous indoor and outdoor living space, perfectly fitted to the whole family.

We approached two builders and after a 6 week process chose CMR Constructions to undertake a major renovation of our canal side property in Mermaid Waters. Using architects plans as the base we agreed a fixed price contract and a delivery date. We then left the country for 5 months and Cameron and his team took over. Their communication, quality of work and thought around solutions was excellent. The house was delivered back to us 6 weeks earlier than planned and with variations only 1% over budget.
